Well, I am more a moderate Republican than a conservative but I did vote for George Bush twice and in the past year have become more and more disillusioned with the man.
This illegal immigration issue has done it for me. I'm through. Just counting the days until he's out of office.
He seems to be doing everything in his power to make the US a subordinate country to the people of Mexico! I keep wondering who he thinks he is, president or not, to fight for a change that will forever alter our country as we know it.
I expect that from people like Kennedy and Kerry (my two senators - lucky me!) but not from any Republican.
I actually can't see anything "Republican" about him anymore, let alone conservative except that he is anti-abortion. Other than that, he sure resembles a liberal - and, believe me - living all my life in Massachusetts, I know a liberal when I see one, lol.
